It's 2023 and we are more or less packed and have just 2 more days before we hopefully step onboard Arcadia. What I (Mark) have learned is that I don't really own enough clothes (or as Pamela remarked, enough clothes that fit) but then again that makes it easier for me to choose what to take. It also means that I avoided the fashion parade events that occurred over the past couple of weeks between Pamela and our Emily as outfits were chosen or discarded (or did the Hokey Cokey for a bit). Talking of Emily, our youngest daughter is a whizz at packing in order to get the most into a suitcase - is it something extra they teach in University somewhere or is it years of playing something like Tetris, I don't know but I am grateful.
So all that is left for us now is packing the final toiletries and the self administered COVID test that we have to take. Once that is done we can trundle down to Southampton.
